Return and Cancellation Policy

At CAILOR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.


1. Exchange & Replacement

  • You can request an exchange or replacement within 2 days of delivery.
  • The exchanged product will be delivered within 10 days, subject to stock availability.

2. Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that are altered or without original tags may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, dislike of product, wrong size), a ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

5. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To process any claim, return, or exchange, a clear, uncut parcel opening video is required. Without this video, we will not be able to process your claim.


6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 3–5 business days.
  3. Once received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
